These Terms of Service govern your use of the ToothPop online store and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer right under Philippine law, that mandatory right prevails.
1. Store information
The store is operated as ToothPop. You may contact us at toothpop2026@gmail.com, 09953821398, or Unit 8B, 11th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with its security or operation, or misuse any content or service.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colors and packaging appearance may vary. ToothPop is an oral-care product and is not a substitute for professional dental or medical diagnosis or treatment. Use the product only as directed, review the ingredient information, keep it out of reach of children except under responsible adult supervision, and stop use and seek appropriate professional advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify, accept, reject, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, service-area limitations, or inability to fulfill. If payment was already collected for an order we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. Applicable charges and discounts are displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and other options shown at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment and delivery information.
6. Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Courier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery, but we will provide reasonable assistance when contacted.
7. Intellectual property
The ToothPop name, store design, logos, product images, text, graphics, videos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to ToothPop and may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You give ToothPop a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
9. Third-party services and links
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, analytics, messaging, and courier providers. Third-party services and websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content outside our control, but this does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or required by law. ToothPop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
11. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
